Cotton Nappy Single Trial Kit
This kit includes:
- 1 shaped cotton nappy
- 1 cotton booster
- 1 washable fleece liner
- 1 nappy wrap
These LittleLamb cotton nappies were first introduced over a decade ago.
For a while we switched over to organic cotton - which we still sell - but in these days of global recession we have reintroduced them as the price is more appealing to new parents. The cotton is still Oeko-tex certified so there are no nasty chemicals.
Apart from the initial purchase price advantage they work out very, very cheap on cost-per-wear. We have had feedback from parents who have put our standard cotton nappies through four babies and then sold them on.
If you plan on having just two babies you will be paying just 2p a nappy change - and after you've finished you'll still be able to recoup some money on eBay!
They are built to last in a throw away age.
Size 1 fits babies from around 7lbs - 20lbs (3kgs - 9kgs) which is generally the age range newborn to nine months.
The size 2 fits babies from around 20lbs-38lbs (9kgs -17kgs) which should fit babies from about seven months to potty training.
Littlelamb nappies are also available in size 3 which fits from 35lbs/16kgs. We sell very few size 3's as most babies are dry before they need them.
- Washing Instructions
Care for your nappies by following these easy steps.
- Hold the nappy or washable liner over the toilet and ease off the solids. If using a disposable liner, bin it, don't flush it.
- Close any velcro tabs.
- Put them in a dry pail with lid. Wait until you have a full load.
- Wash them with a gentle washing powder on a full cycle using the recommended amount of washing powder for load size and water hardness. Note - DO NOT ADD BLEACHING AGENTS OR FABRIC SOFTENERS.
- Hang out to dry in direct sunshine or near (but not touching ) a direct heat, or tumble dry on a low heat.
