Can I use my EcoCredits with this sale? 
No. Our website is not able to accept two discount codes, therefore you need to choose if you use the "BD25" or one of your unique reward codes. 

All of your purchases will be recorded on your account so you will accumulate rewards for every £1 spent. 

How do I contact customer service?

Please do not send us the same email/query across all social channels or email us multiple times. This will only make the process longer as it gives us more admin to get through. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours during the working week - over the weekend we are away from our devices spending time with our families. 

Can I make changes to my order?
No changes can be made. Due to the large influx of activity on our website and stock movements we suggest keeping the order you have placed and simply returning the items you no longer need (see below about accepted returns, the cost to return is the buyers responsibility). We cannot split sizes or mix fabrics.

Can I add products to my order?
If you forgot something we are sorry but we are unable to add to orders during our sale, please place another order for anything else you may want. We are unable to combine orders during our sale, sorry.

I've ordered the wrong size - can I change it? 
If you have ordered the wrong size please request a refund and reorder the correct size. To request a refund please email with your order reference number (eg #EN102994) and refund in the subject line. We will aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week.

How long will it take to process and ship my order? 
Processing time is expected to be 5-10 working days.

Will items be reserved in my cart?
No items are not secured until you pay for them 

All BF25 orders are excluded from our 6 week trial period so will be eligible for a 30 day return from date of order.

Please notify us of any returns or exchanges in advance so we can process this as fast as possible for you. Email with your order number and return in the email subject line.

I ordered recently, can I have the discount on that order? 
We do not offer retrospective discounts. Customers can return previous purchases (so long as it is within our standard returns time frame) and place a new order using the discount code. Please note all return costs are to be covered by the customer, and your return will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse and has been checked by our team.

I cannot find your prints online? 
Our prints have been removed from this sale due to limited stock availability. These will come online again once the sale has ended. If you would like to order these at full price, please make sure you are signed up to our mailing list so we can send you a notification when they are back online.
